iRainbow Homework Club

The After-School Support Every Parent Needs

Who’s Guiding Your Child After School?

Homework doesn’t have to be a daily battle. If your child comes home stuck on a tricky Maths sum or confused about instructions, the iRainbow Homework Club gives them a safe space to get real answers from real teachers.

How the Homework Club Works

A live, online classroom where Grades 1–7 learners can log in anytime from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 6 PM. No bookings, no stress — just jump on Zoom and get instant help from qualified South African teachers.

Why Parents Choose Us

Say goodbye to after-school chaos. With the Homework Club, your child gets live support even if you’re busy at work, the space is 100% safe and POPIA-compliant, and teachers give feedback so you always know where extra support is needed.

Just imagine…

Your child finishes school, excited to join the Homework Club. They interact with a real teacher, ask their questions, and finish their work with confidence — instead of sitting stuck or heading straight to the TV.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most Popular Questions

The Homework Club is a live online support session where children in Grades 1 to 7 can get help with their daily homework. Real South African teachers are available Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM to support learners with Maths, English, Afrikaans, and more.

Your child joins a live Zoom session during Homework Club hours. They can ask questions, hold up their homework to the camera, or send a photo of the problem on WhatsApp. A teacher will then guide them step-by-step.

No bookings needed! Your child can join any weekday between 3 PM and 6 PM — just click the Zoom link when they need help. There may sometimes be a short queue if other learners are asking for help, but your child will usually get personal attention within 5 to 15 minutes. While they wait, they can listen and learn from what the teacher is explaining to others.

We support Maths, English, Afrikaans, and general homework tasks from Grades 1 to 7. More subjects may be added in future.

No — the Homework Club is mainly for helping children with their homework, so if your child doesn’t have homework on a particular day, they don’t need to join. That said, we’re also working on something exciting! From next month, we’ll be introducing a special online room for kids who’ve finished their homework — with teachers running fun educational activities, trivia games, and learning challenges to keep them engaged.

Yes — our sessions are fully monitored, POPIA-compliant, and led by trained, vetted South African teachers. Learners are always supervised in a controlled online space.

That’s totally fine! The Homework Club is designed for independent access. As long as your child can join Zoom, they’ll be supported even if you’re not available.

Your child can join the Homework Club using any device that supports Zoom — such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop with a camera. For the best learning experience, we recommend:

  • A laptop or desktop computer
  • A stable internet connection
  • A webcam
  • Headphones
  • A quiet space

Even with just a smartphone or tablet, your child can still join and get help — but the right setup helps them stay more engaged and comfortable.

Each plan is priced per child to ensure personalised attention. We offer discounted rates for 2 or 3 children.

Regular price: R1000/month per child
Special offer (with iRainbow subscription): R500/month per child
iRainbow software is R298/month

You can register by clicking the link we send you, or one of our agents can help you sign up over the phone. After you complete your sign-up and payment, you’ll receive a link to a short form where you can submit your child’s details for registration. Once that’s done:

  • You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group with the Homework Club team
  • We’ll send you the Zoom meeting link there every day
  • You can also share your child’s homework via WhatsApp if needed

Right now, the iRainbow Homework Club focuses on Grades 1 to 7 because that’s where we see the highest homework support need. We’re starting with younger learners to make sure the sessions are small, focused, and age-appropriate. However, we’re already planning to expand! As we grow our teacher team and systems, we hope to launch a separate Homework Club for Grades 8 to 12 soon.

You can cancel anytime — the Homework Club is a month-to-month subscription. Just let us know before your next billing date and we’ll stop the subscription. Note: spaces are limited, so if you cancel and later want to rejoin, you may be placed on a waiting list.

We completely understand — not every family can commit to the extra cost right away. You can still use the iRainbow educational software for just R298/month (covers all your kids). It includes thousands of videos, worksheets, and assessments for all core subjects from Grade R to 12.
