• Track Your Referrals and Commissions: The portal provides a comprehensive tracking system, allowing you to monitor your referred subscriptions, pending commissions, and submit payment requests all in real-time. This transparency ensures you are always informed about your performance and earnings.

Tracking Installments and Commission Status:

• Pending Status: For members paying in installments, the commission will initially appear as “Pending” in the iRainbow Affiliate Portal. This indicates that the member has not yet completed their full payment.
• Issued Status: Once the final installment is received and the account is paid in full, the commission status will change to “Issued.” At this point, the affiliate can request payment for this commission.

Referral Verification: All referrals are subject to verification and must comply with the terms and conditions of the iRainbow affiliate program.

Before enrolling tutoring centers, schools, or educational businesses as affiliates, contacting iRainbow Team is necessary due to specific offers that exclude Lifetime access and the R999 extension.

These entities are offered different pricing and membership models based on their needs for devices or users.

Affiliates will still receive commissions for successfully referring these specialized entities, ensuring they are rewarded for their efforts in expanding iRainbow’s educational reach.

We aim to provide clear and fair cancellation terms for our customers. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation policy:

• Within 7 Days of Purchase: Cancellations are accepted without any fee, and a full refund will be provided if the request is made within 7 days from the purchase date.
• Within 14 Days of Purchase: If you cancel within 14 days from the purchase date, a 25% cancellation fee is applicable. This fee is deducted from your refund to cover processing and administrative costs.
• After 14 Days from Purchase: No cancellations are accepted after 14 days from the purchase date, and the full purchase price is due. Refunds are not available beyond this period.
• Payment Plan Option: We may offer payment plans for one-time purchases. While this can ease the initial payment, please note that customers are still responsible for the full payment under the terms of the payment plan. Opting for a payment plan does not alter the terms of our cancellation policy.

Software Activation and Installation:

No Cancellation After Activation: Once the software is activated and installed on a device, we cannot accept a cancellation request. Activation indicates the software is in use, and thus, the service is considered rendered. Please consider this before activating and installing the software.
